Reservations — surname, first name, email address, telephone number, party size, date and any message you add.

Purpose: managing your booking and contacting you about it. Legal basis: performance of a contract at your request.

Newsletter — your email address, only if you actively tick the box. Legal basis: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every message.

Gift cards — name and email address, to issue and send your card. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies, and no third-party tracker. The only cookie is the one that keeps restaurant staff signed in to the private administration area — strictly necessary, and never used to follow visitors.

Fonts and images are served from this site's own server, so browsing here sends nothing to third parties.

Only the restaurant's staff. Data is stored on servers located in the European Union (Hetzner, Germany) and is never sold or shared for advertising.

Technical providers acting on our behalf: Hetzner (hosting), Resend (sending emails), Stripe (payments, where gift cards are offered).

• Reservations: the personal details attached to a past reservation are automatically erased after 24 months; an anonymous record is kept for the restaurant's own statistics.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
• Gift cards: for the duration of their validity and the applicable accounting obligations.

You may request access to your data, its correction or its deletion, object to its processing, or ask for it in a portable format. Write to latelierdezadig@gmail.com. We reply within one month.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data-protection authority.
